Cancellation Policy
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled later, 80 percent of total price of the reservation will be charged.
If modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra bed
All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Internet
Wired internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 4 per hour.
Breakfast
Meals and selected beverages is included in the room rate.
Parking
Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
Pets
Pets are not allowed.

Hotel information
At the hotel you and your business colleagues can "Meet in Crete". The hotel offers 1850 m2 of state-of-the-art flexible conference facilities in 9 multifunctional meeting rooms. Events for up to 1000 delegates can be arranged.
Outside you can relax in the large seawater swimming pool, whilst the little ones splash about in the children's pool and the children's whirlpool.
Use of the hotel's two tennis courts, basketball, mini golf, billiards, archery, para sailing, windsurfing and canoeing are all included in your room rate.

Food & beverage
The Minos Pool Snack Bar opens from mid May to the end of September. It offers house wines, soft drinks, snacks, local and international drinks, beer, juices, filter coffee and tea, traditional Greek dishes, burgers, hot dogs and sandwiches for lunch.
The Ariadne restaurant, situated on the lower ground floor, serves regional and international specialities, with views of the Cretan Sea as a charming backdrop.
The Deadulus Bar is open daily from 17:00 - 01:00.

Here you are well situated to explore all the main points of interest in Crete, Knossos, Gorty and Festos.
Heraklion (12 km) - don't miss the St Mark's Basilica, built in 1239.
Hersonissos (15 km) - take the sightseeing train around the town.
Malia (20 km) - explore the bars and clubs of this ancient city.

There is a bus service to Rethymno and Chania from Heraklion Harbour bus
