Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the first two nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first three nights will be charged.

Children and Extra bed

Children older than 14 years are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. 0.5 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.

Internet

Wi-fi is available in public areas and charges are applicable. Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Half board costs EUR 40 per person per night.

Our Main Restaurant has an open kitchen and serves a full buffet dinner featuring local and international cuisine. Theme nights are hosted twice a week at no extra charge. The dress code is business casual. Opening times are from 18.30 - 21.30. The Mirabello à la carte restaurant showcases a grand selection of local and Mediterranean delights. This is open from 19.00 - 23.00. The Greek Taverna Symposium is open from 19.00 - 23.00 serving original Greek and Cretan specialities. Candlelight dinner can be arranged on the private luxury of your room terrace, by one of our swimming pools, or at the beach with an extra charge. This needs to be pre-booked one day ahead. You can also enjoy à la carte Room Service.
