Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first two nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra bed

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 2 to 12 years are charged EUR 7 per night per person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged EUR 16 per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. 0.5 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Breakfast

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 12 per person per night.

Our tennis instructor provides lessons for all ages. Tournaments are organised throughout the season for all skill and age levels, including junior and beginners. A rich variety of water sports is available including water skiing, scuba diving, jet skiing, pedalo boats, canoes, windsurfing and sailing boats. Lessons for all our water sport activities can be arranged with our experienced staff. Candia Park Village has created a popular club for children between the ages of 4 and 12 years. Our team of caring professionals provide fun and entertainment all day long with stimulating activities, competitions and games that guarantee youngsters a memorable experience. Teenagers can spend the entire day enjoying our facilities by the pool, on the beach or the sport facilities, ensuring a holiday full of fun and excitement. Babysitting services are available on request.

Candia Park Village offers endless choices of culinary delicacies with a variety of restaurants offering Mediterranean flavours and tastes. Agapi Restaurant: The main restaurant, Agapi, is located in the village square and nearby the swimming pool. Agapi offers a rich choice of our chef's selections of local and international cuisine for lunch and dinner. Here, you can enjoy our sumptuous buffet breakfast daily or à la carte specialties for dinner. Cretan evenings, seafood nights and barbecues are organised weekly with a live music show and dancing. Fili Taverna: The outdoor tavern Fili offers superb alfresco dining on the water's edge. The tavern serves a lavish choice of local cuisine, à la carte items and a rich variety of snacks and sandwiches and is open daily for lunch. Eros Bar: Eros Bar is the ideal place to socialise in comfort offering exquisite cocktails, hot and cold beverages and light snacks accompanied by live entertainment. Eros Bar is located in the village square next to the Agapi restaurant. Pool Bar: An oasis under the sun is our Pool Bar. Head here for thirst quenching cocktails and cold beverages for those hot summer days, freshly squeezed juices, ice creams and light snacks. Greek Kafenio: Kafenion means ‘coffee house’ and is the daily meeting place where people enjoy each other’s company. Socialise Greek style at Candia Park Village and enjoy authentic Greek coffee, raki, ouzo and a selection of local mezze, traditionally prepared to offer a unique dining experience.
