Cancellation Policy
If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

One child under 4 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One further child under 4 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One child from 4 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.

Hotel information
While the interior of hotel is characterised by calmness and elegance, outside the wild beauty of the Cretan landscape dominates. The natural elements are combined in harmony with all kinds of aromatic herbs that can be found planted along the stone paths. The visitor has the opportunity to learn about plants like thyme, lavender, sage, fennel, mint and spearmint with a simple walk around the 1400 year old lake. In order to admire the view, the best place is the observatory, which is the highest point of the resort and ideal for moments of relaxation and calmness. At the traditional cafe next to the beautiful lake visitors can taste the homemade brews and desserts, all made with great care.
Room information
All rooms have fireplace, hot tub, veranda with view of the snowy peaks of Psiloritis mountain, which is the highest mountain of the island, a landmark of Crete. Also, the hotel offers 2 rooms for people with physical disabilities as well as 2 non-smoking rooms.
Food & beverage
Enjoy your breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant and discover the marvellous Cretan cuisine through a variety of traditional flavours. Herbs from the gardens of the resort add to the taste while homemade wine and raki comes with your dinner.
The bar is open for coffee from early in the morning and for wine and other drinks in the evening.
Area information
Delina Mountain Resort is located 1 km away from Anogia village. Anogia is a mountain village with 2500 permanent residents and is 55 km away from Rethymno and 36 km from Heraklion. The name Anogia, means high place, and the village is built at an altitude of 700 metres. The climate is particularly chilly, because of the high altitude, with snowy weather in winter and cool nights during summer.
Hospitable and pleasant residents have to tell a lot of old stories that have marked the tradition and the culture of the village. In Anogia you can visit the Folklore Art Museum as well as watch the weaving process and the art of glass manufacturing.
During your stay at Anogia, you should visit the breathtaking Nidas plateau, which is 25 km away from the village at an altitude of 1500 metres, the observatory at the top of the Skinaka as well as the ancient settlement of Zominthos. The Ideon Andron cave is also worth a visit, where, according to Greek mythology, Zeus grew up and the area soon became a place of worship. Many archaeological pieces were found here and are displayed in the Archaeological Museum of Heraklion.
Travel information
By Car:
- Head out of Heraklion on the new national road towards Rethymno and Chania.
- Take the turn to the old national road driving in the direction of Gazi and Anogia.
- After approximately 4 km, you will see Anogia signposted on the left.
- From this point the distance to Anogia is 22.8 km.
From Heraklion the drive is magnificent. The winding mountain roads pass through some interesting villages.
