Children and Extra bed

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. One child from 3 to 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed. One further child from 3 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. One further older child or adult is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged.

Internet

Wired internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable. Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Extra

9 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. 0.5 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.

Breakfast

Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Deposit

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site.

Hotel information

There are many water-sports available at the water's edge. Try your hand at windsurfing, pedalos, canoeing, training courses, water skiing, riding a banana boat and jet skiing. You can also utilise the aqua gym, aerobics, fitness room (with charge) and mini golf. There are 2 swimming pools and one children's pool. You will find free sun beds and umbrellas at both the beach and the pools. A kids' club runs at selected hours during the day for children aged from 4 to 12 years. 24-hour internet access is available, charged per hour. Pets up to 5 kg are accepted in bungalows and can stay for free. They are not allowed in common areas and the beach. No food is included. Please note that there is no disabled access.

Food & beverage

The main restaurant serves a buffet-style breakfast, lunch and dinner and offers panoramic views of the sea. The pool bar is a pleasant spot to have a drink or ice cream, while the main bar offers a nice view and a relaxing atmosphere. A range of culinary choices present a modern interpretation of Mediterranean and Greek cuisine, and theme nights are featured in the main restaurant. Every evening guests can dance the night away at Knossos' nightclub, with music by the hotel's DJ. Gentlemen are kindly requested to wear long trousers in the main restaurant when dining and in the main bar in the evening.

Gouves (10 km) - A beach with clean golden sand. Heraklion (12 km) - Just a quick journey along the coast, there is plenty to see and do at the capital and main port of the prefecture.
