Our complex consists of apartments and accommodation in the main building, surrounded by local and tropical flora and flowers of all colours. The Minos Mare Hotel has introduced a Quality Management System (ISO 9001), which was firstly certified in 1998. In 2002 we received the Qualification for HACCP (Food Safety Management System). Our beach is also qualified with the Blue Flag, proof of our limpid, safe to swim, beach.
