Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 50 percent of total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra bed

All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. All children from 6 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Wired internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Half board is included in the room rate.

Thoughtful service is provided also from the housekeeping department since daily maid service takes particular care of your room and personal belongings. (no maid service on Sunday)

For business events or personal gatherings, our restaurant provides a pleasant function room able to accommodate up to 120 guests converting the room into a fabulous setting to celebrate any social event such as private banquets, dinner dances and party happenings.

Travel information

The taxi ride from Chania International Airport to Hotel Alexis takes 25 minutes. If you are arriving by ferryboat from the Port of Souda, the taxi ride takes 10 minutes. Land travel between Cretan cities: From Heraklion airport, travellers can take a taxi to the bus terminal (KTEL) in the city. Buses leave there for Chania bus terminal approximately every hour. Once you have reached Chania bus terminal, you can pick up a taxi to Alexis hotel. At Heraklion Airport you can easily rent a car for your trip to Chania. By Ferry Boat: Ferry boats between Athens and Crete are available through Chania, Rethymno or Heraklion, and they accommodate cars on the overnight trip. Ferries depart every evening, from the port of Piraeus, and arrive in the Cretan cities the following morning. On the return trip, similar ferry boat schedules are available.
