The breakfast is served in buffet style. For lunch, guests can enjoy traditional Greek dishes at the Pool Bar. In the evening, the restaurant serves a splendid buffet of Greek and International Cuisine. Mediterranean salads are served alongside this, deliciously prepared with virgin olive oil produced from the hotel’s own olive groves.

Area information

The location of Hotel Sissi Bay provides easy access to all the places of interest in Crete and the bus stop is just outside the hotel. The small village of Sissi lays on the North East coast of Crete, just 40 km from Heraklion airport. It is close to the national road that connects all the major towns. Sissi is surrounded by olive groves displaying a wide variety of bird life. It has a picturesque harbour with plenty of souvenir shops, restaurants, bars, mini markets, and taxi and bus services. Within walking distance of Sissi Bay Hotel there are sandy organised beaches. You can enjoy snorkelling and fishing in the clear blue water around the coast. Malia is just 7 km away. Agios Nikolaos and Hersonissos are 20 km. Elounda is 32 km away. Iraklion is 42 km away and Knossos is 44 km.

Travel information

From Heraklion Airport drive on the new National Road towards Agios Nikolaos. Follow this road, and at the end of it, turn left and keep driving until the first trafic lights. Turn right at the lights and continue driving on this road through Malia. After Malia, turn left at the signpost for Sissi/Vrachasi/Milatos. Follow this road for about 2.2 km and turn left at the sign for Milatos. After 20 metres, follow the sign to the left for Sissi. Drive into and through Sissi until you reach the pharmacy on the right side. Take the first turn right and follow the road for about 250 metres until you reach Sissi Bay Hotel.
