Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 100 percent of the first two nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra bed

All children are welcome. One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. One further child from 2 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Breakfast

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Half board costs EUR 10 per person per night. Half board costs EUR 5 per night per child under 12 years. Meals and selected beverages costs EUR 20 per person per night. Meals and selected beverages costs EUR 10 per night per child under 12 years.

The unique rooftop swimming pool offers free sun beds with umbrellas, where you can relax and enjoy the fantastic view of the Aegean Sea.

Food & beverage

The main restaurant provides a breakfast and dinner buffet with Cretan, Greek and International flavours. Special requirements for children's meals are available on request. The a la carte tavern, Pergola, is located next to the beach, where guests can enjoy snacks, beverages and lunch or dinner. The indoor bar provides cocktails and hot and cold beverages, whilst guests play backgammon, chess or billiards.

Area information

The modern seaside town of Hersonissos is situated 25 km east of Heraklion and is an extremely popular tourist resort. Many attractions are available for visitors, starting with the local beaches. There are lots of water sport activities available here, including scuba diving and snorkelling. The water front also hosts numerous taverns, restaurants and shops. For a great family day trip there is the Aqua Plus Water Park which showcases giant slides, water rides and an adventure play area. There is plenty of surviving evidence of the town’s history, including the Roman Port, Roman fountain and its beautiful mosaic and the central village square. Lychnostatis, the town’s open air museum, provides a fascinating account of life in Crete. Heraklion city is easily accessed using one of the regular bus services. Visitors can explore the Archaeological Museum, Minoan Palaces, The Lions' fountains and Basilica of St. Markos, amongst other historical landmarks. Night life is well catered for in Hersonissos and there is no shortage of bars and night clubs to keep party goers entertained until the sun comes back up.
